	LEASE HORSES: One introductory lesson only available on lease horses at $65. Lease horses are available for a six month period. Monthly 1/2 leases $480 3 rides per week includes 2 lessons (1/2 shoeing and vet also to be billed) $600 3 rides per week includes 3 lessons (1/2 shoeing and vet also to be billed) All lessons must be taken within the month period. There are no rollover lessons. Rates are as of January 1, 2010.
